Venezuelan President says Petro will be revitalized, initially selling 50,000 barrels of oil per day through Petro

According to Bloomberg, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro pledged at a constitutional conference on Tuesday to revive Petro. Maduro said that the state-owned company Venezuela Oil Company will begin to "probably sell" 50,000 barrels of oil per day through Petro, and will then consider expanding the use of this cryptocurrency to the sale of all oil production nationwide. In addition, taxes and utilities will be paid by Petro in the future.
