Judge has not ruled on Ripple's motion to dismiss XRP securities lawsuit

According to U.Today, according to the minutes of the civil meeting of the Northern District Court of California, Ripple's motion to dismiss the XRP securities lawsuit has been submitted, and it may take days or even weeks for the judge to announce the verdict on the motion. Both parties to an XRP securities lawsuit will have to wait a while before they know if the lawsuit will continue. According to U.Today's report on December 4, 2019, Ripple Labs filed a motion to dismiss the supposed lawsuit because it was filed after a three-year statute of limitations. However, Bradley Sostack, the main plaintiff in the case, did not accept Ripple's attempt to dismiss the case, claiming that Ripple was still responsible for its illegal sale of XRP tokens despite disputes over the status of repose.
