Two hackers who stole 78 million yen of BTC from the Coinexchange exchange have been arrested by Tokyo police

According to the Japan Times, Tokyo police have now arrested two suspects who stole 78 million yen worth of bitcoin from the South Korean exchange Coinexchange in October 2018. Police said the suspect then transferred the stolen BTC to multiple accounts based on local and foreign cryptocurrency exchanges. Earlier reports that Coinexchange had ceased operations on October 1, 2019 because the exchange's operating costs were far higher than revenue and could not maintain operations.
