BSV releases v1.0.1 non-mandatory upgrade version

On January 29, BSV officially released v1.0.1 non-mandatory upgrade version. This version is an optional upgrade based on v1.0.0. BSV official stated that before the "Genesis hard fork", be sure to upgrade the node software to a version number not lower than v1.0.0 (v1.0.0 can be used, or a higher version can be used). Compared with v1.0.0, this version contains several improvements, the most important of which are: 1. Reduce the RPC interface's memory consumption when running "getrawtransaction" and "getblock (verbose)" to process a large number of transactions. Platforms that use BSV nodes to retrieve large numbers of transactions will benefit. 2. Upgrade database format, can store blocks larger than 4GB.
