Grin main developer: February focus on implementing LTC EB consensus rules

The main developer of Grin ++ @ davidburkett38 updated on Twitter the latest progress of January in MimbleWimble, including finding a way to support non-interactive transactions in Mimblewimble 5, a database framework has been written, and it has been done using LTC-specific header and block models Partial testing and Grin ++ review is nearing completion. The focus of the work in February was to implement the LTC EB consensus rules. After this part is completed, libmw can be integrated into the existing LTC code base.
