BitMEX Research: Some SBV nodes have not been upgraded for hard forks and are stuck on pre-fork blocks

BitMEX Research tweeted: Blockchair data shows that a large number of (SBV) nodes are not upgraded for hard forks, but are stuck on pre-fork blocks. But we did not find chain splitting.
