According to TheBlock, San Francisco-based blockchain startup Fairmint has launched a financing platform called Continuous Securitization Issuance (CSO). Fairmint said that CSO is a new financing model designed for startups to raise funds, allowing anyone to invest based on the income performance of the startup rather than equity, and hopes to expand the investor base and enable investors to directly obtain the company's future income. According to Thibauld Favre, CEO and co-founder of Fairmint, CSO is a healthier way to raise funds compared to ICOs and traditional venture capital models. ICOs are too friendly to project founders and venture capital is too friendly to investors. The CSO model is a balance between the two.
