Report: About 23.1 million entities hold Bitcoin

A new report from the blockchain analysis company Glassnode shows that the number of entities holding Bitcoin is 23.1 million, and the current number of non-zero addresses is about 28.4 million, which means that an entity usually has multiple BTC addresses. The report also found that in bitcoin's history, the net physical growth value was negative for only 21 days, and the remaining days have been growing. In addition, as of January 2020, there are 75 entities holding 10,000 and more BTC, and seven entities holding more than 100,000 BTC. These entities are all exchanges.
