Fed Chairman Powell: The U.S. has questions about digital currency, privacy, etc.

In testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee on February 11, Rep. Bill Foster asked Federal Reserve Chairman Powell how he described the Fed ’s progress in central bank digital currencies compared to other countries. Digital currency has many questions to answer, including network issues, privacy issues, and many relationship alternatives will emerge. Powell also said that we will work hard to do all of this work and do it all thoroughly and responsibly.
