The author has carefully read about the deeds of Dr. Li Wenliang. Dr. Li Wenliang is not a hero, but a mortal who stepped forward at a critical moment. Even if you believe the author's statement, can early warning be achieved with the current system? I think the answer is also negative, and the reason is very simple. These data were not shared during the early outbreak. Although these indirect evidences are easy to find, they are scattered and difficult to record and store. Sharing between the CDC and public institutions makes it difficult to end up in a chain of evidence.
