U.S. government agencies recruit postdoctoral fellows to study cryptocurrencies

According to CoinDesk, the Office of the Director of the National Intelligence Service (ODNI) is conducting a "postdoctoral program" hoping to sponsor a postdoctoral researcher to study what happens when the dollar loses its status as a world reserve currency. It is reported that the official recruitment list cited the predictions of "cryptocurrency enthusiasts" that global cryptocurrencies or national digital currencies could harm the US dollar, and mentioned the growing economies of China and India.
