Ledger claims its Secure Element chip is better than the MCU chip used in competing with Trezor

Cryptocurrency hardware wallet maker Ledger highlighted the advantages of its internal Secure Element chip in a blog post on February 13. He claims that the MCU chip used by his competitor Trezor Wallet is for general-purpose devices such as microwaves and TV remotes, and has no embedded countermeasures against physical security attacks. The blog also states that the secure memory chips used in hardware wallets from some other manufacturers have not been tested by third parties and are vulnerable to attacks when private keys are passed.
