IOTA Foundation releases "three-step plan" to return stolen funds to customers

Earlier, the IOTA Trinity wallet discovered a security vulnerability. The IOTA Foundation shut down the entire network through the coordinator until the problem was resolved. Now, the IOTA Foundation has released a "three-step plan" to solve the problem. The first step is to release a new version of the IOTA Trinity wallet, urging users to download this wallet and change their password; the second step is to migrate funds to a different seed New wallet; the third step is to take a snapshot of the IOTA network from before the hack, and all transactions involving stolen wallets will be refunded. Third-party services will then perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) identification process to return stolen funds.
