Court documents show anonymous venture firm wants to modify sensitive evidence in SEC and Telegram cases

According to Cointelegraph, the latest court documents revealed that an anonymous venture capital firm called "Investor F" tried to modify the evidence in the first trial of a dispute between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Telegram. On February 18, "Investor F" claimed that the email required by the SEC contained "confidential and commercially sensitive documents" and detailed the company's strategic considerations for potential cryptocurrency investment and escrow solutions. "Investor F" requires that the "commercially sensitive information" contained therein be allowed to be abridged, including the name of Investor F, the name of the employee, and the information in the entire document that enables the competition to identify its true identity.
