ETC Developers Conference: If no accident, Phoenix upgrade expected on June 10

On the evening of February 26, ETC core developers held a conference call with developers to discuss matters related to Phoenix upgrades. According to Etherplan, developers have generally reached consensus on the Phoenix (ECIP-1088) upgrade (previously announced that the Phoenix upgrade has replaced the Aztlán Phoenix upgrade). In addition, if there are no new objections or no issues found during the test period, a Phoenix upgrade is planned for block height of 10,500,839 (expected to be on June 10, 2020). It is reported that the Phoenix upgrade includes adding the BLAKE2 compression function F precompilation function, reducing the precompiled Gas consumption of alt_bn128, adding the ChainID opcode, and repricing the trie-size-dependent opcode.
