U.S. court dismisses allegations of securities fraud against rapper TI

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has rejected the allegations against rapper TI. In November 2018, 25 investors claimed to have invested more than $ 1.3 million in the FLiK ICO, suing TI and others on charges of securities fraud. In response to this lawsuit, Judge Charles Pannell Jr. stated that prosecutors could not prove a direct link between investors' decision to purchase the plan and TI's so-called promotion.
