Core Scientific former CTO: ProgPoW is not actually as resistant to ASICs

Former Core Scientific CTO Kristy-Leigh Minehan said that the ProgPoW algorithm is actually not as resistant to ASICs. The seed of ETHhash is 256 bits, and ProgPoW uses 64 bits. The difference between 64 and 256-bit may not seem very big, but it is actually decisive, because this key anti-asics component can be forcibly used on an ordinary laptop, and then the rest is tapped. Minehan said that this "hole" means "the more difficult it is, the higher the profit."
