It is reported that OpenCerts is jointly developed by the Intensive Skills Development Bureau, the Government Science and Technology Bureau, the Ministry of Education and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and uses blockchain technology to securely store records. Wang Yikang said that the digital degree certificate utilizes the potential of blockchain technology, allowing people to quickly check the authenticity of the certificate, simplifying the application process for job seekers and the process of employer recruitment.
