Ripple CTO: No one can create more XRP on the chain and no one can freeze or lock other people's XRP

On March 8, David Schwartz, chief technology officer of Ripple, responded to questions from netizens on Twitter, saying that there is no mechanism on the Ripple blockchain to create XRP tokens, and the security mechanism can prevent XRP from being created by mistake. No one has the ability to freeze or lock other people's XRP. Unless the user is willing, he can easily control the lock or destroy his XRP. And if there are validators that choose to violate the network and burn their managed assets, the server will calculate the number of validators that match them, and consider this validator that violates the network behavior to disagree, and if there are too many such validators, Then it may cause the entire network to be interrupted.
