Opinion: Retail demand could force U.S. SEC to re-examine Bitcoin ETFs

Hedge fund provider IndexIQ Institutional Business Development Director Chris Hempstead predicts that as the retail demand for Bitcoin ETF products grows, the US SEC may review the Bitcoin ETF. Nick Colas, co-founder of investment analysis company DataTrek Research, is skeptical of the prospects of a Bitcoin ETF. It believes that the launch of the central bank's cryptocurrency will precede the Bitcoin ETF.
