According to official news, Sigma Prime, an Ethereum 2.0 client Lighthouse development team, said that in the latest version, the performance of Lighthouse has improved significantly in the past few months, with block processing speeds up 70% Block synchronization speed increased to 110 blocks per second (previously only 10 blocks per second), memory usage decreased by 75%, and hard disk usage decreased by 90%. Sigma Prime also stated that it plans to launch a long-term effective and interoperable testnet, hoping that other Ethereum clients can also join, and Lighthouse has officially announced its entry into the research and development user interface Lighthouse UI, which will provide more details in the future.
