The Blockchain Governance Initiative BGIN was established to promote mutual communication among stakeholders

Today, a number of industry-related organizations (mainly Japanese institutions) announced that they will establish a new governance initiative, the Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN). The purpose of BGIN is to promote communication between stakeholders and to promote sustainable development of new ecosystems. Upon investigation, the founding members of the organization include the three rounds of Junpei, the head of the FinTech office of the Japanese Finance Agency, David Ripley, chief operating officer of Kraken, and Danny Ryan, coordinator of Ethereum 2.0.
