IBM uses blockchain technology to help the Netherlands solve bicycle theft problems

According to Forbes, IBM Benelux (Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg) is using blockchain technology to help the Netherlands fight against bicycle theft. It is reported that 84% of the citizens of the Netherlands own one or more bicycles. Louis de Bruin, head of IBM Europe, said that all information about stolen bicycles and car owners will be recorded on the blockchain and everyone can view it.
