Kleiman seeks extension of case for two weeks due to new crown virus outbreak

New progress has been made in the case of CSW's estate dispute with the late Dave Kleiman. In a motion filed on March 24, the plaintiff Kleiman sought to extend the case by two weeks. It is reported that because the law firm temporarily closed its office and the representative of the plaintiff Kleiman is currently working from home, Kleiman requested an extension of two weeks to complete the testimony of three fact witnesses. The plaintiff requested that the hearing date for the disclosure of the expert witness summary by both parties be postponed from March 27 to April 10, and the deadline for the discovery of facts be postponed from April 17 to May 1.
