Some local councils warn residents of crypto scams linked to new crown outbreak

According to Coindesk reports, local councils in Pembrokeshire, Manchester and Norfolk warned residents that crypto scams related to the new crown epidemic have emerged in some areas. These scams impersonated the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by sending emails and text messages to residents, claiming to be able to provide a list of COVID-19-positive residents in the area where the residents live, and asking for bitcoin.
