U.S. SEC asks court to reject Telegram's request to sell tokens to non-U.S. Investors

According to previous reports, Telegram sought to sell tokens to non-US investors following the ban. In a letter to Judge Castel last Friday, Alexander Drylewsky, a lawyer representing Telegram, asked the court to clarify whether the ban applies to TON's non-US investors. But later this Monday, the SEC asked the court to reject Telegram's request, stating that Telegram is trying to narrow the scope of the preliminary ban, which expressly states that Telegram must not deliver Gram to any person or entity.
