U.S. wireless carrier AT & T wants to waive $ 200 million penalty claim

US wireless operator AT & T filed an amendment appeal to the court, hoping to reject two of its eight claims and a $ 200 million punitive damages claim. AT & T's lawyers believe Terpin has insufficient evidence to prove that AT & T was found guilty of concealment or misrepresentation. Earlier news, Seth Shapiro sued wireless carrier ATT employees for SIM card exchange fraud and hackers stole $ 24 million in cryptocurrency. Terpin seeks compensation of $ 23.8 million and punitive damages of $ 200 million.
