Blockchain, a Luxembourg-based crypto wallet provider, is seeking help from the British government, although the company was originally registered in the British Virgin Islands and most of its employees are in the United States. It is reported that the British government is providing relief loans to help many companies gain a foothold during the New Corona Virus pandemic. But several startups backed by venture capital, including Blockchain, are concerned that they will be excluded from the rescue. Blockchain CEO Peter Smith put his signature with the signatures of more than a dozen other startups in an open letter to the Chancellor of the Treasury released on Thursday. The Prime Minister is urged to set up a task force to help high-growth technology companies that cannot obtain some government support programs.
