According to Bloomberg News, informed sources revealed that Fidelity Investments plans to begin offering digital asset trading services to institutional clients within a few weeks. The person who asked not to be named said that Fidelity's encrypted trading service is only for institutional customers, not for retail investors like ETrade and Robinhood. Fidelity spokesperson Arlene Roberts said in an e-mail: "We currently have a selection of customers. We will launch our services in the coming weeks and months based on customer needs, jurisdiction and other factors. Currently, our service focus is on Bitcoin."
