According to the Zhejiang Daily, on April 13, an electronic contract signing platform based on blockchain technology was launched on the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Material Purchase System. In the future, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power's annual purchase contract of more than 40 billion yuan can be completed safely and quickly on the Internet without thousands of suppliers going back and forth, and in accordance with the progress of the contract implementation, timely payment of payment, to help enterprises resume production.

Huang Jianping, deputy director of the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Internet Department, said that in the past, the entire process took 4 days. After the supplier wins the bid, through the blockchain electronic contract signing platform, the electronic contract is synchronously sent to the supplier, the contract representative of the material company and the user unit of the city power supply company, the three parties synchronize online review, and the Internet court starts the entire process of backup. After verification by the three parties, the electronic key is used for electronic signature and the contract takes effect immediately, which takes 20 minutes in total. The electronic contract based on the blockchain technology realizes the entire chain record of the contract content, node deposit, key data deposit, reading and other links.

It is understood that since the blockchain electronic contract signing platform has been commissioned on February 21, 386 contracts have been signed online, with a total amount of 780 million yuan, providing zero-contact signing for suppliers in Wuhan, Beijing, Nanjing and other provinces service.
