More than half of the nearly 100,000 nodes in the Bitcoin network have code vulnerabilities

According to TheNextWeb, the Bitcoin network has more than 100,000 full nodes, but more than 50% of the nodes are running old versions of Bitcoin core software. Specifically, 58% of nodes are vulnerable to CVE-2018-17144 vulnerabilities, and malicious miners can use a denial of service attack (DoS attack) to crash the Bitcoin network.
