New York judges give NYAG, Bitfinex and Tether lawyers a week to negotiate a ban

According to Finance Magnate, Judge Joel M. Cohen of the New York Supreme Court said at a hearing on Monday that he questioned the “substantive and temporary” scope of the preliminary injunction proposed by the New York Attorney General's Office (NYAG) at the end of April. The current preliminary ban is vague, indefinitely defined, and not sufficiently targeted, and it is not clear what the upcoming hazard referred to by NYAG is. It said it would provide a week for NYAG, Bitfinex and Tether lawyers to negotiate the scope of the ban.
