The cryptographic payment company UTRUST is approved by the Swiss financial market regulator and will conduct business as a “financial intermediary”

On May 10, the cryptographic payment company UTRUST announced that it has been approved to join the Financial Services Standards Association (FSSA). The Swiss Association, a self-regulatory body in Switzerland, was approved by the Swiss Financial Markets Regulatory Authority (FINMA). According to the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Law, this means that UTRUST will be able to conduct business as a “financial intermediary”.
