US Department of Justice accuses hacker organizations of stealing $2.5 million in cryptocurrencies through SIM card exchange

According to foreign media, the US Department of Justice recently issued a total of fifteen indictments, alleging that hackers known as "The Community" have stolen cryptocurrencies through SIM card exchange. According to the indictment, five Americans and one Irish were accused of conspiracy to defraud, wire fraud and serious identity theft. The other three former employees, alleged to be mobile phone providers, were prosecuted for alleged wire fraud fraud in connection with the group. Through fraud, approximately $2.5 million in cryptocurrency was sent to a wallet controlled by a hacker organization.
