The Korean government announced the second blockchain regulation research group, focusing on logistics, public services and other fields.

The Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology of Korea will conduct follow-up studies on blockchain regulations. The new Blockchain Regulatory Improvement Study Group is part of a program developed by the department to clarify how to improve regulations so that blockchain technology can achieve a wide range of institutional adoptions. The first blockchain regulatory improvement research group was launched last June. This year's research team will focus on five institutional areas where blockchain technology can be widely adopted: logistics and distribution, public services, healthcare, finance and energy.
