Japan’s bitcoin robbery homicide ended the second trial, maintaining the first-instance imprisonment sentence

On May 23, the Nagoya High Court of Japan opened a second trial with a bitcoin robbery murder case. The court of second instance supported the life sentence sentenced by the Nagoya District Court in the first instance and rejected the defendant's appeal. It was previously reported that in 2017, the defendant Nishida City also met with the victim at a bitcoin seminar, after which the defendant killed the victim and transferred the bitcoin in the victim's account to his account.
