Aoben Cong and Peter McCormack lawsuit: claiming 100,000 pounds, defense costs or up to 500,000 to 750,000 pounds

McCormack was sued for defamation and must make a decision before 12 o'clock on Friday. The claim amount is £100,000, including some other requirements; 2. The initial defense costs are estimated to be between £25,000 and £50,000 if fully supported by a professional lawyer. In the case of a full trial, the worst case will be between £500,000 and £750,000. If lost, McCormack will pay O'Brien's legal fees (£1.5 million), which may double.
