Missoula County, Montana, USA has passed cryptocurrency mining regulations

According to a report on April 5, the Missoula County Board of Montana, United States, unanimously voted to pass the cryptocurrency mining regulations, and the local cryptocurrency mining activities will implement new rules. The county's crypto miners will only be able to establish mines in light industry and heavy industry areas and will need to be reviewed and approved. Encrypted miners also need to provide proof that all e-waste generated will be handled by a relevant department of a recycling company with an environmental quality license. Another new rule requires miners to use only renewable energy for mining.
