Grin plans to make the first hard fork in mid-July

Grin developers today reached a general agreement on the block for the first full-system upgrade of their network and the expected activation date. On June 4th, Grin core developer Quentin Le Sceller suggested a hard fork at the block height of 262,080 on the developer conference call, which is expected to reach this block height at 14:28 on July 17. Developers today revisited Le Sceller's hard fork schedule, which also required the launch of the upgraded private test network in early June and the upgrade of the Floodnet public test network on June 19. The core developers at Grin said that although the proposed timeline may change, they should strive to comply.
