Data Foundation and Booz Allen Hamilton release guidance to government implementation of blockchain plan report

According to foreign media today, research firm Data Foundation and IT company Booz Allen Hamilton released a report that raised five questions to guide the US federal government where and how to implement the blockchain program. Their research was published in the June 10 report “Incorporating Blockchain into the Government: Creating an Effective Federal Blockchain Program”. The report lists five questions they asked, how the federal organization decides whether the blockchain solution makes sense: 1. Does the blockchain provide real benefits for information security, trust or transparency? 2. Can the blockchain be applied effectively? 3. Which blockchain design is most suitable? 4. Is the cost of applying blockchain related to information revenue? 5. Does the application comply with applicable data sharing and confidentiality laws?
