The report mentions that as content digitization progresses, there are a variety of platforms that allow anyone to become a content creator. Monetizing content through the use of digital technology for rights management and profit sharing may create new content markets. The report looks at the characteristics of blockchain technology, discusses the basic functions that the technology applies to content rights management and profit distribution services, and summarizes key definitions related to blockchain technology. The report also mentioned that it is planned to launch a subsidy public offering procedure for the blockchain content circulation system development project in early April.
