Visa launches Visa B2B Connect network, partially using DLT technology

According to CoinDesk, on Tuesday, Visa announced the launch of the Visa B2B Connect network, which provides services to 30 companies designed to help Visa's corporate customers avoid the slow proxy network, partially driven by distributed ledger technology (DLT). The system is open to near-instant international payments. Phalen told Reuters that the network is not entirely based on distributed ledgers, but the technology has been used for certain elements because it allows for more payment information than traditional systems.
