US stocks opened higher, Facebook rose more than 2%

According to the First Financial News, due to the influence of the European Central Bank’s dovish speech, the US stocks opened higher. The S&P 500 index opened up 18.10 points, or 0.63%, to 2907.81 points. The Nasdaq index opened up 73.50 points, or 0.94%, to 7918.50 points. The Dow Jones index opened 158.90 points, or 0.61%, to 26271.42 points. Facebook rose more than 2%, the company announced plans and partners for the new Libra digital currency, partners include Visa, Mastercad, Uber, PayPal and so on.
