On April 6, Twitter user @XRP4Fam issued a claim that its XRP and BTC were stolen from the ledger and transferred to a currency security account. Also users @了赵长鹏 and others to seek help. Zhao Changpeng asked the user to submit an after-sales application to solve the problem, but the after-sales support team of the company could not determine the users who deposited the funds into the currency. Zhao Changpeng personally dealt with the matter and found that the user's private key or seed string (also known as mnemonic) was leaked. @XRP4Fam claims to have stored this information in a third-party note-taking application, but the hacker attacked the program and successfully stolen its information.
