Han police arrested suspected cryptocurrency by using AI technology, involving a total amount of 18.3 million US dollars

South Korean police used artificial intelligence technology to arrest criminal suspects of the cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme. According to previous news, the scam defrauded 21.2 billion won (about 18.3 million US dollars) in six months in 2018. The two CEOs involved illegally obtained large amounts of cash by selling digital tokens called M-Coins and collecting membership fees from new employees. The scam has now come to an end after the Seoul Public Safety Special Justice Police Department trained robots to use keywords and other clues to arrest the people involved.
