SEC launches public comment on Wilshire Phoenix Funds' Bitcoin ETF

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a rule change proposal on Tuesday and announced a 21-day public comment period, or will allow Wilshire Phoenix Funds to launch Bitcoin and US Treasury bonds on the New York Stock Exchange's Arca exchange. The proposed ETF is supported. It is reported that the company uses Coinbase's custodian to hold the fund's bitcoin, which contains $200 million in theft insurance.
