According to the Nikkei News, on July 3, the 2019 Financial Literacy Survey released by the Bank of Japan Financial Propaganda Committee showed that people who had purchased cryptocurrencies accounted for 7.8% of the total. Among those who bought cryptocurrency, the number of people aged 30 to 40 (excluding) was the highest, accounting for 23.9% of the total number; followed by the group of 40 to 50 years old (excluding), accounting for 22% of the total. The survey was conducted through an online questionnaire survey from March 1 to March 20 this year. The survey was conducted by 25,000 people aged 18 to 79 in Japan.
