On the afternoon of July 5th, at the closed-door seminar on “Guarding Digital Asset Security” held by Babbitt, Tan Tian, a lawyer from Zhong Lun Law Firm, put forward his own views on the supervision of the blockchain industry. He believes that the current policy supervision is lagging behind. The blockchain industry can self-regulate through the establishment of associations and alliances to regulate companies and projects within the industry. At the same time, it provides mature practices and recommendations to regulators for supervision. The formulation of the policy provides a basis for the development of the blockchain industry.
