Guess what, folks? Our favorite institutional-grade crypto custodian, Hex Trust, has just achieved something monumental in the world of digital assets! They have successfully obtained a full operating license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). I mean, wow, talk about leveling up!

This operating license is a big deal. It represents the conclusive approval under VARA’s regulatory framework for crypto service providers. And let me tell you, this framework was put in place earlier this year, so it’s fresh, it’s hot, and it’s the real deal.

Now, let’s rewind a bit. Hex Trust set up shop in Dubai back in June 2022. They got a license for their minimum viable product (MVP) in February, but this recent achievement is the cherry on top. It’s the final step in VARA’s comprehensive licensing process. Hex Trust has dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s, my friends.

But what does this mean for Hex Trust? Well, it means they can keep doing what they do best – providing top-notch crypto custodial services to institutional clients and sophisticated investors within Dubai. They are bringing the big guns to the table!

And guess what? Filippo Buzzi, Hex Trust’s MENA Regional Director, is all in on expanding their presence in the Middle East. He sees the immense potential for digital asset growth in the region and believes in the progressive regulations, supportive governments, and thriving crypto ecosystem. I mean, who wouldn’t want a slice of that cake?

But wait, there’s more! Our pals at Hex Trust didn’t stop at Dubai. They also received approval for registration with France’s financial markets regulator. This means they can offer a whole range of services in Europe, including custody, buying, selling, and trading. They’re spreading their wings, people!

Alessio Quaglini, the Co-Founder and CEO of Hex Trust, couldn’t contain his excitement. He said, and I quote, “Hex Trust’s commitment to compliance and regulation has always been a priority. This focus has allowed us to be granted a full operating license in Dubai – one of the few companies to obtain this.” Let’s give a round of applause to the champions of regulation!

So there you have it, Hex Trust is making waves in the digital asset world. With their full operating license in Dubai and registration in France, they are taking the crypto custody game to a whole new level. And let’s not forget, they’ve got a sense of humor too – they know how to have a little fun while keeping it professional.
