Harriet: Founder of IRISnet & Cosmos China, graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in the United States with a major in robotics and Tsinghua Automation. He worked at the IBM TJ Watson Institute for many years before starting a business. He served as Dean of IBM Research Shanghai Branch and IBM Global Research Institute. Leader in data analysis technology, the main technical expertise is blockchain, distributed intelligent system design based on machine learning and natural language processing, and won the “Daniel H. Wagner” award from the American Association of Operations Research and Management Research in 2010.
